What is a Better Living Event?
IUGO periodically hosts special events and outings designed to enhance the cultural, artistic, and social elements of our young professionals within the Greater Nashua area. These special events are limited to small numbers of attendees, and cover a variety of subjects such as wine tastings, theatre outings, cigar and whiskey pairings, musical appreciation, etc. These events provide an opportunity for IUGO members to improve their knowledge of various elements important to know when out in a social setting with peers, or in a professional setting where one needs to impress the boss or prospective clients.

IUGO invites you to its next Better Living Event: Strike a pose with IUGO’s Yoga workout

Did you make a New Year’s Resolution to “start” working out or “get back in the gym” for 2010?

Join IUGO for an exciting way to start off the New Year! IUGO has teamed up with the YMCA of Greater Nashua to bring you a fun and motivational way to get in shape for the new year.

The YMCA’s Lynn Allen will teach us all the core Yoga moves and enlighten the mindset of IUGO members to approaching physical fitness. This is the perfect event for the Yoga master or a beginner interested in learning.

Joe Manzoli, Director of Branch Operations for the Nashua & Merrimack YMCA, will provide a brief info session regarding the new YMCA of Greater Nashua location.
